If you find a lower price on the same exactly work (product and labor) we will match the price.

Which competitors will My New Floor price match?
My New Floor will price match prices at select brick–n–mortar retail stores that are licensed, insured, bounded, and member of the WFCA and NWFA. Flooring contractors and flooring installers that don't have a brick-n-mortar retail store do not qualify for price match.

Which products and services does My New Floor price match?
My New Floor will price match all our Hardwood, Laminate, Luxury Vinyl and Engineered Stone from Armstrong.

Which products and services aren't available for price match?
Hardwood refinishing services including all related products (Oil and water base polyurethane finishes, shoe molding and unfinished hardwood).
My New Floor don't price match to competitor's discontinued products, discontinued services and special events (e.g. grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales).

How do My New Floor coupons contribute to the My New Floor price?
All coupons are deducted from the price of the My New Floor product and labor when calculating a price match.

Will My New Floor match a competitor's price for a product where the competitor also offers and instant rebate, mail–in rebate, gift check or gift card, or free or discounted item?

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to take the worry out of any purchasing decision. It also allows you to change your Armstrong or Bruce product for another style or color within 30 days after installation. We're so confident in the performance of our products, and in the ability of the Armstrong Elite Partners, we are also extending the limited warranty, as outlined in either the Bruce or Armstrong Product Warranty Guide for an additional 5 years!

Products that are covered by this 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 5-Year Extended Warranty are Armstrong and Bruce products from the Elite Partner qualifying display samples. If the original purchaser is not satisfied with the flooring purchased, Armstrong will replace such product. All Satisfaction Guarantee claims are subject to review and approval by an Armstrong Sales Manager who may require additional information to be provided at his or her discretion. All claims for replacement of flooring under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be reported to the Armstrong Elite Partner where you purchased the flooring within 30 days from the date of installation. In cases where an Armstrong or Bruce floor is selected by a consumer for a new home, the 30-Day Satisfaction is active the date the customer moves into the new home. The remedies available under this Satisfaction Guarantee are limited to replacement flooring, as described: Replacement flooring must be product from the same product category, of the same quantity, and from the same manufacturer. For example, if the original purchase is a Bruce hardwood product, it must be replaced with another equal grade Bruce hardwood product. Replacement flooring must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen or if greater quantities are desired, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost. All manufacturing defect claims must be handled under the standard product limited warranty. THIS 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IS SEPARATE AND DISTINCT FROM ANY OTHER ARMSTRONG WARRANTY. Other than any Armstrong product warranty applicable to this product, this Satisfaction Guarantee does not create, and there are no other warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose whatsoever. Liability is limited to that set forth above and in any Armstrong written express product warranty applicable to this product. This 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover claims made after thirty (30) days from the date of installation.
The original purchaser of the flooring is entitled to the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 5-Year Limited Warranty Extension.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover:
* product that was not professionally installed by an Armstrong Certified Installer according to the Armstrong product installation instructions
* trim and moldings
• manufacturing defects
• improper installation, any damage to the product, and/or abuse
• products that are not installed in the owner-occupied residence
• water or moisture-related damage
• damage caused by accident or natural disaster
• removal and installation of flooring and accessories
This 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee may only be used one time per consumer. The following information must be provided to the Armstrong Elite Partner when making a 30-Day Satisfaction
Guarantee claim:

• the date and proof of purchase from an Armstrong Elite Partner
• date of installation
• name of the Armstrong Certified Installer who installed the flooring

The 5-Year Limited Warranty Extension will commence at the expiration of the product's original limited warranty. Please provide the following at the time the warranty claim is made:

• sales receipt
• information regarding the claimed defect
• proof of purchase from an Armstrong Elite Partner

Availability, terms, conditions, eligibility and consumer registration requirements for any enhanced or extended warranties shall be determined by Armstrong within reasonable discretion. Armstrong may cease to offer any such enhancement or extension at any time, without notice and without affecting any warranties already in place.
